Impodimo Game Lodge is set on a rocky ridge overlooking the vistas within the magnificent malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve of the North West Province of South Africa. Spacious in design, each of the 8 Luxury Suites features full en-suite bathrooms with outdoor showers, closed system fireplaces and private deck. Each suite has been carefully positioned to ensure absolute privacy.

Impodimo is the ideal retreat from a busy world. Relax by the feature rock pool or read a book from the library in the comfort of our sala overlooking the waterhole. Perhaps let one of our therapists ease the stress out of your body with an in-room massage.

Madikwe Game Reserve

Madikwe Game Reserve covers an area of 75000 hectares of unique topography and breathtaking beauty bordering Botswana. It is home to the Big 5, the beautiful Painted Wolf (African Wild Dogs), Cheetah, Brown and Spotted Hyena a variety of large mammals and bird life. The reserve borders Botswana and is located about 3.5 hours’ drive from both Johannesburg. It is also just about 40km from Gabarone, Botswana, offering a welcome addition to your Botswana tour.

LUXURY FAMILY LODGE

Endless Vistas

Each of the eight luxury suites feature twin beds with the option of king beds available on request, full en-suite bathrooms with outdoor showers, closed system fireplaces and private deck.
The Deluxe Suite is a self-contained luxury unit, which has two suites, each with its own private deck and en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, double hand basin, large bath and excellent views. The unit also has a central lounge and dining facility with its own kitchen, bar and a viewing deck overlooking a waterhole and stunning views. There is also a private pool fitted with a safety net when not in use for those with younger children.

KIDDIES PROGRAMME

Children of all ages are welcome at Impodimo and we love to go out of our way to ensure that kids and parents both have an unforgettable safari experience. Our kiddies program is tailored to the different ages and can be fun and educational for all. Each child receives a personalized welcome pack with goodies and activities to do in between safaris. Children over the age of 6 years are welcome on the game drives, however, families with younger children need not fear that their kids will miss out, as we offer a ‘kiddies bumble’ which is shorter and aimed at keeping the little one’s attention.
