The understated jewel in the Lion Sands crown. Here, hospitality is designed entirely around YOU and luxury is a feeling – much more than a sophisticated room in an exotic location. We took our cue from Mother Nature to build a lodge ‘of the earth’, using natural materials that complement the surrounding bush environment and an open design that draws your attention outside. Décor is rich yet minimal, lighting is ambient, and African design accents subtly pick up on the Africa safari theme. Ivory Lodge impresses with a natural and simple beauty, enhanced only by breath-taking river scenes.

Sabi Sands

The lodge is situated on the Sand River in the very heart of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. This reserve forms part of the Greater Limpopo Transfrontier Park, a growing area that currently covers six million acres and incorporates the famous Kruger National Park. Wild animals move freely across this vast space, offering spectacular game viewing and a true wilderness experience.
